TO ENCOURAGE THE PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OR AREAS OF HISTORIC OR PUBLIC INTEREST AND AMENITY IN THE CITY OF BRISTOL AND ITS SURROUNDINGS AND TO ENCOURAGE THE CREATION OF NEW FEATURES OF PUBLIC INTEREST AND AMENITY.IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE PURPOSES THE CHARITY SHALL PROVIDE SUCH MEETINGS, EXHIBITIONS, LECTURES, PUBLICATIONS, OTHER FORMS OF INSTRUCTION AND SCHEMES OF A CHARITABLE NATURE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE.
