In Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power:to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Arts Centre And To Maintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Charity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.’2. To Promote, Maintain, Improve And Advance Education In, And Appreciation Of, The Arts In All Forms Including The Performing Arts, Theatre, Music, Poetry, Cinema, Visual Arts, Through The Display Of Exhibitions, The Delivery Of Artists Residencies, Classes, Workshops, And By Other Such Means As The Trustees See Fit.
