**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE LIVING WITH DEMENTIA, THEIR CARE COMPANIONS AND THOSE WITH OTHER HEALTH CONDITIONS OR WHO ARE SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED WITHIN A FIVE-MILE RADIUS OF HIGHWORTH IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.

**Activities:** We run a  monthly memory cafe and weekly drop in session for people living with dementia or other conditions, their families and carers, and anyone who may be feeling socially disadvantaged. We also run twice monthly Love To Move sessions - age and dementia-friendly seated exercise sessions, beneficial for body and mind.
