For The Purpose Of This Clause 'socially Excluded' Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Part Of Society, As A Result Of Being A Refugee. (2) To Relieve The Needs Of Ukrainian Civilians Who Are The Victims Of War In Ukraine, Whether Living In Ukraine Or In The United Kingdom, By Supplying Them With Humanitarian Aid.
