THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED IN THE RHONDDA COMMUNITY BY REASON OF AGE, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, ILL HEALTH AND WELLBEING, UNEMPLOYMENT, OR OTHER SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DISADVANTAGE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, EQUIPMENT, INTERNET CONNECTIVITY/DATA, DIGITAL LITERACY TRAINING AND WELLBEING ACTIVITIES, WITH THE AIM OF SUPPORTING INDIVIDUALS TO DEVELOP SKILLS, ACCESS EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT AND PUBLIC SERVICES.3.
