**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT AND CARE OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM SICKNESS, POOR HEALTH AND TERMINAL ILLNESS BY PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE LAMBERT HOSPICE IN THIRSK, NORTH YORKSHIRE (CURRENTLY KNOWN AS HERRIOT HOSPICE AT THE LAMBERT), WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES TO THOSE PEOPLE, THEIR FAMILIES AND THEIR CARERS, AND TO GENERALLY SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE LAMBERT HOSPICE.

**Activities:** The raising of funds in North Yorkshire by means of events and accepting donations to support the charitable work carried on at The Lambert Hospice, Chapel Street, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 1LU (currently known as Herriot Hospice at the Lambert) which is a division of North Yorkshire Hospice Care (registered charity number 518905).
