**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH DEMENTIA, ALZHEIMER’S DISEASE, OR LEARNING DISABILITIES, AND TO RELIEVE AND PREVENT STRESS AMONG THEIR UNPAID CARERS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.THIS WILL BE DONE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:•FUNDING OR SUBSIDISING PLACEMENTS AT DEMENTIA-FRIENDLY AND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND) DAY CENTRES;•ORGANISING OR FUNDING ACCESSIBLE HOLIDAY CLUBS FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH ADDITIONAL NEEDS;•PROVIDING OR FUNDING PRACTICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING CLEANING AND DOMESTIC HELP, TO ENABLE VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS TO MAINTAIN SAFE AND INDEPENDENT LIVING CONDITIONS;•OFFERING ADVICE, SIGNPOSTING, AND PEER SUPPORT GROUPS FOR UNPAID CARERS;•RAISING AWARENESS AND PROMOTING INCLUSION AND UNDERSTANDING OF DEMENTIA AND DISABILITY WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** We relieve pressure on unpaid carers by funding accessible day placements, therapy services and practical support for people with dementia, Alzheimers and learning disabilities. Through respite, holiday clubs and wellbeing activities, we make essential support more affordable and available across Chichester and West Sussex communities
