Objects: The Object Of The CIO, To Be Carried Out In Such Parts Of The United Kingdom As The Trustees May From Time To Time Decide, Is:to Advance Education For The Public Benefit In The History, Heritage And Culture Of The Jat People, Including But Not Limited To Dance, Music, Art, Folklore, Traditional Handicrafts, Language, Historical Artefacts, Books And Cultural Symbols Through The Provision Of Events, Exhibitions, Lectures, Workshops, Performances And Establishing And/or Maintaining Jat Bhawans (Jat Museum/cultural Centre) Designed To:(a) Raise Awareness Of And Conserve The Traditions Of The Jat People;(b) Promote Research Into Jat History, Heritage And Culture, The Useful Results Of Which Will Be Published;(c) Foster Meaningful Engagement With The Jat Community And Members Of The Wider Community.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
