**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO AGE 16 WITHIN NORTH WALES WHO ARE AFFLICTED WITH ANY FORM OF CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES, BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTAKE IN ACTIVITIES THAT WILL ALLOW THEM RESPITE AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PARTAKE IN.

**Activities:** For the public benefit, to relieve the needs of children and young people up to age 16 within North Wales who are afflicted with any form of cancer and their families, by the provision of grants to enable them to partake in activities that will allow them respite and that they would not otherwise have been able to partake in.
