**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, AND IN PARTICULAR RESIDENTS OF AND VISITORS TO DARTMOUTH, IN LOCAL, NATIONAL, MARITIME, INDUSTRIAL AND SOCIAL HISTORY RELEVANT TO DARTMOUTH AND ITS HINTERLAND, NATURAL SCIENCES, NATURAL HISTORY, AND ARTS, IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) BY: (A) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM WITH A PHYSICAL AND ONLINE PRESENCE; (B) THE DOCUMENTATION AND CURATION OF THE MUSEUM COLLECTIONS AND ARTEFACTS; (C) THE EXHIBITION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE MUSEUM COLLECTIONS AND ARTEFACTS AND THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC ACCESS TO THEM; (D) THE PROVISION OF EXHIBITIONS, DISPLAYS, LEARNING EXPERIENCES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT THE MUSEUM, ONLINE OR AT OTHER VENUES; AND (E) THE PROMOTION OF STUDY AND RESEARCH IN SUCH SUBJECTS, AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS.
