To advance the Christian religion and the ethics, ideals and principles of the Presbyterian church for the public benefit. To also provide advice, counselling and support for members' training and education for the relief of poverty. Participate in social welfare activities to improve the conditions of the members and their children.

Objects: To Advance The Christian Faith For The Public Benefit In The UK By Acting As An Umbrella Body Established To Provide Pastoral Support To Districts Of The Presbyterian Church Of Ghana, Including But Not Limited To: A) The Provision Of Training For Districts To Ensure Consistency With The Doctrine Of The Presbyterian Church Of Ghana;b) The Provision Of Pastoral Support, Technical Doctrinal Expertise And Supervisory Guidance; C) The Provision Of Education And Training Which Districts Cascade To The Congregations Within Their Respective Remits;d) The Provision Of Support With Mediation To Address Any Conflict That May Arise To Ensure Peaceful Running Of Congregations;e) Undertaking Joint Evangelistic Programmes To Support The Work Of The Districts And Congregations.for The Purposes Of This Clause:‘districts’ Refers To The Independent Presbyterian Church Of Ghana Districts: The South London District (Registered Charity No. 168832) The North London District (Registered Charity No. 1176100) And The Midland District (Registered Charity No. 1196512).‘Congregations’ Refers To The Independent Churches That Fall Within The Jurisdiction Of The Respective ‘Districts’.
