**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE HUMANE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS WORKING EQUINES AND CAMELS IN EGYPT BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF EGYPT EQUINE AID, A NOT FOR PROFIT ENTITY ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE APPROPRIATE CARE, PROTECTION AND TREATMENT FOR SUCH ANIMALS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AS A RESULT OF THEIR OWNERS LACKING THE FINANCIAL MEANS OR KNOWLEDGE TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR NECESSARY CARE, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH:(A) THE PROVISION OF FREE VETERINARY TREATMENT FOR SUCH ANIMALS;(B) THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT FOR OWNERS IN THE CARE AND WELFARE OF SUCH ANIMALS TO ENABLE THE WELFARE NEEDS OF THEIR ANIMALS TO BE PRIORITISED;(C) SUPPORT WITH THE TRAINING OF VETERINARY STUDENTS DESIGNED TO ENSURE THAT BEST PRACTICE IS WIDELY ADOPTED IN THE CARE AND MANAGEMENT OF WORKING EQUINES AND CAMELS.
