**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE:1) TO HELP GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN (INCLUDING THOSE WHO IDENTIFY AS FEMALE), ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH DANCE CLASSES, OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERFORMANCE IN DANCE, AND OTHER SUCH SUPPORT, SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS, AND TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION IN THE ART OF DANCE AND RELATED PERFORMING ARTS.2) TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN (INCLUDING THOSE WHO IDENTIFY AS FEMALE), BY EDUCATING AND UPSKILLING THEM ABOUT WAYS TO MANAGE AND REGULATE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH, AND BY PROVIDING RESPONSIBLE ADULTS TO DISCUSS MENTAL HEALTH CONCERNS WITH. 3) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ART OF DANCE AND RELATED PERFORMING ARTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC PERFORMANCES

**Activities:** To help girls and young women (including those who identify as female), especially but not exclusively through dance classes, opportunities for performance in dance, and other such support, so as to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals and to preserve and protect mental health and wellbeing.
