**Objects:** TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC BY FOSTERING APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC AND PARTICULARLY BY PRESENTING CONCERTS AND OTHER MUSICAL PERFORMANCES IN SCUNTHORPE AND NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
