**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF OLDHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITHOUT A DISTINCTION OF GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY PROVIDING ALLOTMENT FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATIONAL LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.

**Activities:** We provide and maintain allotment facilities for the residents of Oldham and the surrounding area. Our aim is to offer recreational leisure opportunities that improve the quality of life and well-being for the community.
