THIS IS TO BE ACHIEVED THROUGH EVENTS, A DEDICATED WEBSITE, SOCIAL MEDIA, EXHIBITIONS AND WITH THE EXPECTATION OF A PERMANENT PUBLIC MEMORIAL AND/OR DEDICATED PERMANENT EXHIBITION AS EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES LEADING TO GREATER APPRECIATION OR TO ENCOURAGE FURTHER STUDY OR ENQUIRY.

**Activities:** To advance education for the public benefit, as a means of historical appreciation of the life and achievements of 19th century boxer William Thompson (known as "Bendigo"), seeking to foster greater appreciation of the social history and heritage of the Nottingham area. To be achieved through a range of activities including exhibitions and with the expectation of a permanent public memorial.
