**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED TRAUMA, VIOLENCE, MENTAL ILL HEALTH/EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN ENGLAND AND OTHER OVERSEAS LOCATIONS INCLUDING SOUTH AFRICA AND THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO PRIMARILY THROUGH: A) EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT WORKSHOPS, PROGRAMMES AND MENTORING TO DEVELOP SKILLS AND CONFIDENCE;B) PEER SUPPORT AND A SAFE SPACE TO ASSIST WITH THE CHALLENGES THEY HAVE FACED, PROVIDING COPING STRATEGIES, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT AND SIGNPOSTING TO APPROPRIATE ORGANISATIONS FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE;C) VIOLENCE PREVENTION WORKSHOPS AND ENGAGEMENT WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY;D) SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY DETERMINE.

**Activities:** We empower women and girls through safe spaces, mentorship, education and community programmes. We tackle gender-based violence, promote wellbeing and provide practical support for personal growth and resilience. We work locally and nationally to uplift disadvantaged and marginalised communities.
