Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: (1) For The Public Benefit To Promote Humane Behaviour Towards Animals And Prevent Cruelty And Suffering Among Animals, Including But Not Limited To Dogs, In India, Romania And The UK By:a) Providing Appropriate Care, Protection, Treatment And Security For Dogs Which Are In Need Of Care And Attention By Reason Of Sickness, Maltreatment, Poor Circumstances Or Ill Usage, Rehoming Such Dogs, Where Possible, In The United Kingdom;b) Providing And/or Assisting In The Provision Of, Trap Neuter And Release Services To Homeless Animals Designed To Control The Population Of Unwanted Animals;c) Providing Grants Of Financial Assistance To Support The Charitable Work Of The Cheersfurever Foundation In India And Such Other Animal Rescue Organisations, Which Operate As Registered Charities Or Not-For-Profit Organisations, As The Trustees Shall From Time To Time Determine. (2) The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty For The Public Benefit By The Provision Of Financial Support To Owners Of Domestic Animals Who Are Unable To Care For Their Animals Due To Financial Hardship, Designed To Assist With Providing Shelter, Food, Essential Equipment And Veterinary Treatment.
