**Objects:** TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUNDS AGED 16-25, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH ASSISTING IN:A) TRAINING PROGRAMMES, GUIDANCE, SUPPORT, ADVICE AND MENTORING SCHEMES TO YOUNG PEOPLE;B) ACCESS TO MEANINGFUL AND EQUITABLE WORK EXPERIENCE, APPRENTICESHIPS, INTERNSHIPS OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES;C) WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, EDUCATION AND SEMINARS TO EMPLOYERS CONCERNING INCLUSIVE INTERNSHIPS AND SOCIAL MOBILITY;D) UNDERTAKING AND PROMOTING RESEARCH ON THE SUBJECTS OF SOCIAL MOBILITY AND THE BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE, AND TO PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH; ANDE) ANY OTHER REASONABLE SUPPORT OR ASSISTANCE OR ANY OTHER MEANS OF RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT WHICH ARE CHARITABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE ABOVE THAT THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR DISCRETION SEE FIT.
