Yo-Chi unlimited is dedicated to improving the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of children through our unique programme that combines Seasonal Yoga, Tai Chi, reflexology, drama, story massage, breathwork and mindfulness. Delivered in schools, hospices and community settings, Yo-Chi supports children to be creative, connect with nature and with their own body and learn tools for life.

Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Relief Of Sickness Of Children And Young People Up To The Age Of 21 Who Are In End Of Life Care, Have Life Limiting Conditions/disabilities Or Children/young People With Emotional, Behavioural Or Mental Health Difficulties Through:a) The Provision Of Programmes, Services And Techniques, Including Yoga, Reflexology And Tai-Chi, Directed Towards Relieving The Effects Of Treatment, Stress And Any Associated Symptoms And Providing Comfort And Relaxation; B) Advancing The Education Of Caregivers, Therapists And Teachers In Such Techniques So That They Are Able To Deliver These Programmes To Children In Their Care With A View To Relieving Their Symptoms And Aiding In Comfort And Relaxation;c) Partnering With Schools And Other Charitable Organisations To Deliver The Above Activities; And D) Such Other Ways As The Trustees May Determine.
