**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:(A) TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF MEN AGED 15 AND OVER, IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CHRISTIAN ETHOS, BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO FITNESS SESSIONS, SUPPORT GROUPS, DROP-IN SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO ADDRESS PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND MENTAL HEALTH CHALLENGES SPECIFICALLY AFFECTING MEN.AND(B) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH ADOPTED BY THE CHARITY, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) FAITH-BASED MEETINGS OFFERED REGULARLY AND OPEN TO ALL BENEFICIARIES.THE RESTRICTION TO MALE BENEFICIARIES AGED 15 AND OVER IS MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SCHEDULE 3, PART 7 OF THE EQUALITY ACT 2010, AS A PROPORTIONATE MEANS OF ACHIEVING THE LEGITIMATE AIM OF ADDRESSING THE DISTINCT NEEDS AND DISADVANTAGES EXPERIENCED BY THIS GROUP.
