To Promote And Protect Good Mental Health, In Particular But Not Exclusively Amongst Women And Girls Who Are Experiencing Or Are At Risk Of Experiencing Mental Ill-Health, By The Provision Of Advice, Guidance, Peer Support And Activities Which Are Designed To Promote Good Mental Health And Encourage Healthy Lifestyles.
