**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF STAFF AND PUPILS UNDER 12 WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AT MANDEVILLE SCHOOL, GREENFORD, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND OR RESOURCES TO EQUIP STAFF AND PUPILS TO BETTER UNDERSTAND SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND EDUCATION STRATEGIES TO ASSIST SUCH CHILDREN IN THEIR EDUCATION.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]

**Activities:** The charity will run fundraising events and disability awareness activities in Greenford and Ealing to support the Mandeville School community. We will also apply for grants aligned with our aims. All funds raised will enhance opportunities, resources, and inclusion for pupils and families, while promoting greater disability awareness locally.
