- In order to fulfil this objective locally
(a) the Church holds services every Sunday morning, to which all are welcome, and to which visitors come from time to time. Teaching from the Bible is given, faith is expressed in prayers and hymn-singing, and mutual encouragement is given in a time of refreshments afterwards. Weekly zoom meetings offer the opportunity for further study of the Bible and for prayer, and are joined also by those who cannot access meetings physically;
(b) the Church is represented from time to time at events held in other local churches in order to give support to the promotion of the Christian Faith in the neighbourhood;
(c) members of the Church host a monthly gathering at a local Elderly People’s Housing Complex, at which hymn-singing, prayers, a short ‘talk’ and refreshments are enjoyed by those who come – this is open to all;
(d) the Church is represented on the local ‘Churches Together’ group;
(e) the Church has prominent Notice Boards on which texts from the Bible are posted.
