**Objects:** 1. FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT BY THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, REUSE, RECYCLING, THE USE OF THE RECYCLED PRODUCTS.2. THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN HEREFORDSHIRE THROUGH PROVIDING DONATED ITEMS INCLUDING SECOND HAND FURNITURE, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS, TOYS AND CLOTHING AT AFFORDABLE PRICES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.3. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEREFORDSHIRE IN THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT THROUGH IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE INCLUDING WORKSHOPS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL CHILDREN.

**Activities:** Herefordshire Reuse and Recycling Organisation aims to support the circular economy by reusing and recycling goods that would have otherwise ended up in landfill, by doing this we have a positive impact on the environment. We then donate or sell these goods at affordable prices to help those affected by poverty and the cost of living crisis to enjoy a comfortable life. We also educate.
