This document outlines the Trustees’ Annual Report and Financial Statement for Grace Glory and Mercy Church for All Nations for the period ended 31[st] March 2026.
Background
The name of the Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) is Grace Glory and Mercy Church for All Nations, and it has its headquarters in Thornaby-on-Tees, England. The charity was registered with the Charity Commission on 19 June 2025. It was established to advance the Christian faith and deliver a broad range of charitable objectives for the benefit of the wider community. It pursues these charitable objectives through the following activities:
Objectives and activities

The advancement of the Christian faith through pastoral care, evangelism, and other acts of Christian love and compassion that seek to meet the spiritual, emotional, and pastoral needs of individuals, in accordance with the teachings and principles of the Holy Bible.

The prevention and relief of need, hardship, and sickness through the provision of practical, pastoral, and charitable support to the community and fellow charities. This includes hospital accompaniment, financial assistance, food aid, gifts for new mothers and their babies, and the safeguarding and support of vulnerable individuals.

Provision of appropriate training and support to people in need.

The provision of a dedicated place of worship and the organisation of regular meetings held on designated days of the week as follows: Sundays – worship service; Tuesdays – Bible study; Fridays – communal prayer. These regular gatherings provide opportunities for worship, spiritual growth, biblical teaching, fellowship, and collective prayer.

The regular provision of helpful information, advice, and guidance services to members of the community; delivered as needs arise and at key decisionmaking points in individuals’ lives.

The provision of education and public awareness programmes on health, parenting, and social welfare through partnerships with appropriately qualified professionals or third-party organisations.

Management of the charity
Trustee’s appointment
The Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) continues to be governed by its three founding charity trustees, who have each served in office since the charity's establishment. During the reporting period, no new trustees were appointed, and the composition of the Board of Trustees remained unchanged. The names of the trustees are as follows:

A trustee who has served for three consecutive terms shall not be eligible for reappointment until at least one year has elapsed since the end of their third consecutive term. Any subsequent reappointment shall be made in accordance with the same appointment process applicable to the original appointment according to the Foundation model constitution of charity commission.
Review of Activities
Review of activities for the year ended 31[st] March 2026
The charity's key activities and achievements during the financial year are summarised below:

Although the number of regular worshippers increased from five at the charity's inception to 65 during the period ended 31[st] March 2026, the Senior Pastor provided pastoral care and support to more than 65 people within the wider community. The charity’s support included providing financial assistance and other forms of charitable support to other charities. Members benefited from a strong sense of fellowship and mutual support, including looking out for one another and providing access to information, advice and practical assistance. Support included:

Assistance with accessing welfare benefits;

Support with job searches and employment opportunities;
-
Help with completing official forms and applications;
-
Transport assistance, including drop-off and pick-up for hospital
- appointments; and

Relief of hardship through church hospitality and the provision of both inkind support and financial assistance where appropriate.

Weekly Tuesday Bible study sessions were held to deepen members' understanding of Scripture and strengthen their Christian faith.

Weekly Friday prayer meetings provided opportunities for members to offer prayers of thanksgiving, present personal petitions, make intercessions for others, and bring individual and community concerns before God.

Virtual Friday night vigils were held on the last Friday of each month, providing members with an opportunity to participate in extended prayer and spiritual reflection.

Weekly Sunday worship services were conducted, during which the Gospel was preached to encourage spiritual growth and strengthen members' faith.
-
The charity actively participated in and strengthened its relationship with the wider Christian community through attendance at and engagement with meetings organised by the Church of Teesside.
In the coming year, our focus will be on a number of key activities;

Continuation of our weekly services to help members strengthen and deepen their faith.

Working with volunteer healthcare professionals to deliver a mental health awareness programme aimed at promoting wellbeing among members.

Promoting family cohesion by organising a dedicated family programme, to be co-hosted with professionals from local social services, focusing on strengthening family relationships and wellbeing.

Organising a summer day trip to Whitby beach to provide members with opportunities for fellowship, relaxation and community engagement.

Celebrations of the church’s anniversary and Christmas in December.

Marking key annual family celebrations, including Mother’s Day (March), Children’s Day (May) and Father’s Day (June), recognising and celebrating the important role of families within the church community.

Continuing to support of the wider community and fellow charities through the provision of practical, pastoral, financial and other forms of charitable support.

Continuing the search for a suitable permanent premises for worship, either by securing a property on lease or acquiring one through purchase.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity for the year ended 31/03/2026.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters examiner's statement have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
