**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR MEN AGED 18 AND OVER WHO LIVE IN BLEWBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA AND WHO ARE RETIRED, UNEMPLOYED, RECOVERING FROM ILL HEALTH OR ADDICTION, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR HOBBIES, RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION INCLUDING PRACTICAL INTERESTS, THE LEARNING OF NEW SKILLS, AND HELPING WITH COMMUNITY BASED PROJECTSFOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED' MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OF MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL).

**Activities:** Blewbury Community Shed ('BlewShed') was set up to provide a safe and friendly space for  the provision of facilities for local people aged 18 and over, especially those who are lonely and or vulnerable, to participate in community projects, personal practical projects and for meeting in a friendly and safe environment.
