**Objects:** TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY COMMEMORATING THOSE WHO HAVE DIED FROM SARS-COV-19 DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC BY MAINTAINING AND PRESERVING A MEMORIAL IN THE FORM OF THE NATIONAL COVID MEMORIAL WALL AS A SPACE FOR PUBLIC REFLECTION AND REMEMBRANCE.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY AND IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, AS WELL AS IN PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES AND PANDEMIC PREPAREDNESS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES, RESOURCES AND RELEVANT EVENTS

**Activities:** The charity maintains and preserves a memorial in the form of the National Covid Memorial Wall on Albert Embankment,  in central London, as a space for  public reflection and remembrance.
