**Objects:** (1) THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH OF THE RESIDENTS OF, AND VISITORS TO, THE 5 PARISHES OF HARTINGTON, BIGGIN, EARL STERNDALE, FLAGG, MONYASH AND SURROUNDING AREAS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT), BY PROVIDING TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO ATTEND MEDICAL EMERGENCIES, AS DIRECTED BY EAST MIDLANDS AMBULANCE SERVICE.(2) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF BASIC LIFE SUPPORT.

**Activities:** The relief of sickness and the preservation of life to members of the public by providing trained volunteers to attend medical emergencies as directed by East Midlands Ambulance Service.
