**Objects:** 1.1 TO PRESERVE AND TO PROTECT THE HEALTH OF UNDERPRIVILEGED WOMEN, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN PAKISTAN, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION BY PROVIDING AND/OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, MEDICAL TREATMENT, SUPPORT SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, OUTREACH PROGRAMMES, MEDICAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES, ACADEMIC AND/OR TRAINING EXCHANGE PROGRAMMES AND DISASTER RELIEF BY HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CAMPS IN PAKISTAN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE KOOHI GOTH WOMEN?S HOSPITAL IN KARACHI, PAKISTAN; AND1.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF WOMEN STUDYING IN THE FIELD OF HEALTHCARE IN PAKISTAN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE STUDYING AT THE KOOHI GOTH SCHOOL OF MIDWIFERY IN KARACHI, PAKISTAN BY WAYS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RESEARCH, SCHOLARSHIPS, PUBLICATIONS, CLINICAL AUDITS AND POST-GRADUATE DEGREE PROGRAMS.

**Activities:** The Charity supports the work of Koohi Goth Women's Hospital and the School of Nursing and Midwifery in Pakistan. Its support will help restore women's self-dignity by alleviating disparities faced by them and the girl child, and by addressing maternal death and complications such as genital tract fistula. It will invest in research on maternal mortality, morbidity and gender-based inequalities.
