**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, INCLUDING BY CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING HEALTHCARE FACILITIES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON LOSS OF SIGHT, AND PROVIDING PUBLIC HEALTH EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO HELP PREVENT SIGHT LOSS AND OTHER HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES LINKED TO POVERTY.

**Activities:** We intend to relieve poverty and the financial situation of anyone who does not have the resources to provide themselves, either on a short or long-term basis, with the normal things of life which most people take for granted. We will do that by donating to other registered charities engaged jn such activities and or providing grants of money payment for services or the provision of items.
