**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AMONG ADULTS RESIDING IN THE VALE OF GLAMORGAN WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, RELIEVING THEIR NEEDS AND ASSISTING THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING, EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, GROUP ACTIVITIES, PRACTICAL SUPPORT AND SIGNPOSTING SERVICES, IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THEM AND ENABLE THEM TO BUILD CONFIDENCE, IMPROVE SELF-ESTEEM AND DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND LIFE SKILLS WHICH HELP TO INCREASE THEIR CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES AND MAXIMISE THEIR POTENTIAL.

**Activities:** We support adults with learning disabilities. We currently run three different groups- a wellbeing group, a women's group and a Parents group. We do lots of different activities and learn lots of new skills. Members make new friends and this helps with tackling social isolation and independent living skills.
