Activities
We bring together nature recovery organisations and local businesses to enable finance to flow where it is needed most. We pool small business donations into 'Nature's loans', creating interest free bridging finance so projects can start essential work without delay and repay later through grants or land-based income, accelerating the rate of ecological recovery.
Objects: 1. To Advance Environmental Protection And Improvement For The Public Benefit By Supporting The Conservation, Restoration, And Enhancement Of Degradednatural Habitats And Ecosystems In England And Wales, With A Focus On Areas Of Ecological Merit As Identified By Environmental Experts.2. To Promote The Conservation Of The Natural Environment For The Public Benefit By Promoting And Encouraging Biodiversity For The Public Benefit By Supportingthe Re-Establishment Of Native Flora And Fauna Through Projects Including The Planting Of Native Woodland, Creation Of Wildlife Corridors, And Restoration Ofatlantic Rainforests And Hedgerows.in Furtherance Of The Above Objects To Support The Charitable Work Of Registered Charities And Not-For-Profit Organisations Engaged In Large-Scale Environmentalrestoration, By Providing Repayable Loans That Enable The Acquisition And Stewardship Of Ecologically Valuable Land, Under Terms Ensuring That Suchfunding Furthers Exclusively Charitable Purposes.3. To Advance The Education Of The Public In Ecology, Environmental Protection And Conservation, Either Directly Or By Supporting The Work Of Registeredcharities Engaged In Educational Activities In These Fields.
