Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are: For The Public Benefit, To Relieve The Needs Of Asian Women Aged 16-35 Experiencing Or At Risk Of Poor Mental Health By; Providing Accessible And Culturally Sensitive Mental Health Counselling And Therapy; Conducting Educational Workshops And Seminars On Mental Health Topics Relevant To Asian Women; Creating And Facilitating Support Groups And Peer Networks For Young Asian Women; Developing An Online Platform To Provide Resources, Forums, And Virtual Support; Advocating For Policies That Enhance Mental Health Services And Support For Asian Women; Implementing Programs That Promote Personal Development, Self-Esteem, And Resilience And Conducting Research To Understand The Mental Health Needs And Challenges Faced By Asian Women.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
