**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARETHE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG FAMILIES, INCLUDING (IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO) THOSE WITH SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN, IN THE LEEDS (WEST YORKSHIRE) AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FREE SCHOOL UNIFORM, COATS (AND OTHER WINTER CLOTHING ITEMS), AND SPORT KIT TO FAMILIES AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.THE PROMOTION OF RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION BY ENCOURAGING THE SHARING (FOR FREE) OF SURPLUS SCHOOL UNIFORM, COATS, SPORT KIT AND ANY OTHER ITEMS REQUIRED BY CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE FOR SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR UNIVERSITY.

**Activities:** Our mission is to provide free school uniform to any child in need, whilst encouraging children and families to help others and the environment. Instead of discarding old school uniform and filling landfill sites, we ask families to donate their old uniform to Wear and Share Leeds. We make school uniform accessible to all children across Leeds, especially for those facing financial hardship.
