Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are 1. “The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty In Borni In The City Of Moulvibazar In Bangladesh By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Education, Training, Healthcare Projects And All Necessary Support Designed To Enable Individuals To Generate A Sustainable Income And Be Self Sufficient.” 2. “The Relief And Assistance Of People In Any Part Of Borni, In The District Of Moulvibazar In Bangladesh Who Are The Victims Of Natural Disasters In Particular By The Supply Of Emergency Relief Aid Including Food Packs, Drinking Water, Shelters, Clothes And Medical Aid As Needed To Alleviate Suffering Of Such Individual And Families.” Nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008
