**Objects:** TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD MENTAL HEALTH OF MEN FROM THE BME COMMUNITY AGED BETWEEN 16 AND 45 WHO MAY BE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING POOR MENTAL HEALTH OR WHO ARE DISABLED, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY:A) INCREASING AWARENESS OF, AND REDUCING THE STIGMA ATTACHED TO MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH;B) PROVIDING SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND ADVICE;C) PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEN TO SHARE THEIR EXPERIENCES AND ACCESS PEER SUPPORT ONLINE AND IN PERSON THROUGH MEETINGS AND ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** We support the mental health of BME men aged 16 to 45 in the UK through peer support, activities, and awareness work. We reduce stigma, provide advice and signposting, and offer culturally safe spaces to share lived experience and build wellbeing.
