Governing Document
The charity is governed by its Constitution and is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales. The trustees are responsible for the overall governance, management and administration of the charity.
Charitable Objects
The church exists to advance the Christian faith through public worship, prayer, teaching, pastoral care, and community outreach. It seeks to serve the local community and beyond by providing spiritual guidance and practical support to those in need.
Activities and Achievements
During the year, the church continued to advance its charitable purposes through a wide range of activities, including:

Holding weekly Sunday worship services to promote Christian faith and fellowship.

Organising regular Bible study sessions and prayer meetings to encourage spiritual growth.

Reaching the wider community through TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook by sharing encouraging Bible verses, inspirational messages, and gospel-based content.

Providing pastoral care, including visits and spiritual support for members who were ill, elderly, or housebound.

Supporting local families through the provision of food and clothing donations to those in need.

Supporting missionary work through prayer, spiritual counselling, and encouragement.

Conducting monthly community outreach following Holy Communion services by sharing the gospel, engaging with local residents and encouraging participation in church activities.

Attendance at worship services varied during the year. To improve accessibility and encourage greater participation, the church continued to strengthen its online ministry through Zoom, enabling members and others to participate in prayer, bible study, worship and fellowship, particularly those who were unable to attend in person.
The trustees wish to express their sincere gratitude to all volunteers, donors, and members for their faithful commitment, generous support, and dedicated service throughout the year. Their continued contribution has been invaluable in enabling the church to fulfil its charitable purposes and serve both the congregation and the wider community.
Financial Review
The church's total income for the year was £6,625.00 , made up of:

Total expenditure during the year amounted to £3,324.00 ,
Total expenditure amounted to £3,324 , comprising premises rental and utility costs of £3,300 together with bank charges of £24 .
The church generated a surplus of £3,301.00 during the year.

Reserves Policy
The trustees consider that the level of unrestricted reserves is sufficient to support the church's ongoing ministry, meet day-to-day operating costs and provide financial stability for future activities. The reserves policy is reviewed regularly to ensure that it remains appropriate to the charity's needs.
Public Benefit
The trustees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit when planning and carrying out the church's activities.

The church advances the Christian faith through public worship, pastoral care, prayer meetings, Bible study and teaching, evangelism, and community outreach. Its services and activities are open to everyone who supports and respects the church's Statement of Faith. The church also provides practical assistance to individuals and families in need, regardless of their background, ethnicity, or beliefs.
Through these activities, the trustees believe that the church provides identifiable public benefit by advancing the Christian faith, promoting spiritual well-being, encouraging community participation, providing practical support to those in need and fostering fellowship, compassion and mutual care within the wider community.
Plans for the Coming Year
During the next financial year, the trustees plan to:

Continue holding regular worship services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and teaching programmes.

Continue reaching the wider community through TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook by sharing encouraging Bible verses, inspirational messages, and gospel-based content.

Maintain sound financial stewardship and ensure the effective use of the church's resources in furtherance of its charitable objectives.
Trustee Responsibilities
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees' Annual Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable charity law, the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice (Charities SORP), and the governing document of the charity.
The trustees are responsible for maintaining proper accounting records, safeguarding the assets of the charity, and taking reasonable steps to prevent and detect fraud and other irregularities.
Approval
This Trustees' Annual Report was approved by the Board of Trustees on 28 July 2026 and signed on its behalf by the Chair of Trustees.
