**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH AND THE SAVINGS OF LIFE BY: 1. THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC ACCESS DEFIBRILLATORS (AEDS) IN AREAS OF SUITABLE UTILITY SUCH AS AREAS REMOTE FROM EMERGENCY SERVICES. 2. PROMOTING AWARENESS OF AEDS AND PROVIDING INFORMATION AND EDUCATION PERTAINING TO THEIR SAFE AND CORRECT USE.

**Activities:** Since we started two years ago, codes to our defibrillators have been given out 59 times by West Midlands Ambulance Service (WMAS), defibrillators were used on 12 occasions and two lives have been saved, perhaps more!
