This Will Be Achieved By Building And Renovating Schools And Learning Centres To Create Safe And Accessible Learning Environments, By Providing Funds To Support The Running Of Educational Establishments And By Providing Educational Resources Such As Learning Materials And Technology To Enhance The Learning Experience In Underserved Communities. The Foundation Will Work Alongside Established Grass-Roots Charities To Ensure That Children From Low-Income Backgrounds Have Access To Education To Empower Them To Break The Cycles Of Poverty, Improve Their Lives And Create Positive Social Change.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
