**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN CHELMSFORD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN GYMNASTICS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** Swallows Gymnastics Club provides artistic gymnastic activities for children on a not for profit basis. The club operates from South Woodham Ferrers with more than half of its membership coming from within the town, the remainder from outlying towns and villages.
