Activities

We provide a safe, non-judgmental space for men and women 18 and over to talk about mental health and wellbeing. We deliver support through peer discussion and wellbeing activities like walks, yoga, forest bathing, and crafting. We help beneficiaries improve mental and physical wellness and invite donors to support our cause.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO, To Be Carried Out For The Public Benefit In Hampshire And Surrey, Is:the Relief Of People Aged 18 And Over Who Identify As Male Who Are In Need As A Result Of Poor Mental Health Caused By, In Particular But Not Limited To, Loneliness, Isolation, Bereavement, Domestic Abuse, Relationship Breakdown, Addiction, Trauma And Identity Issues, Through The Provision Of Peer-To-Peer Support Groups And Signposting Services.
