**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PROMOTE THE PRESERVATION OF GOOD MENTAL HEALTH BY PROMOTING THE CONSCIOUS PRACTICE OF TAKING TIME ON A REGULAR BASIS TO STEP AWAY FROM THE DISTRACTIONS, STRESSES AND CHALLENGES OF DAILY LIFE, TAKING A MOMENT TO PAUSE, REFLECT, AND PROVIDE VALUABLE QUIET TIME AND SPACE, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY VIA THE USE OF A FREE TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM CREATING AN INTERACTIVE VIRTUAL SPACE TO RAISE AWARENESS AND FOR ALL SECTORS OF THE COMMUNITY TO UPLOAD A PROFILE PICTURE DOCUMENTING THEIR REFLECTIVE ACTION OF CLOSING THEIR EYES AND TAKING A MOMENT TO THEMSELVES.NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.

**Activities:** We support the preservation of good mental health by promoting the conscious practice of taking time on a regular basis to step away from the distractions, stresses and challenges of daily life via the use of a free technology platform creating an interactive virtual space to raise awareness and to upload a picture documenting their reflective action of closing their eyes and taking a moment.
