**Objects:** FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF BEREAVED PARENTS AND THEIR WIDER FAMILY MEMBERS IN CARMARTHENSHIRE AND PEMBROKESHIRE, WHO ARE SUFFERING BEREAVEMENT THROUGH THE LOSS OF A CHILD WITHIN THE FAMILY, IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF STRUCTURED GROUP SESSIONS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH REFERRAL PATHWAYS AND SELF-REFERRAL, OFFERING: A) PRACTICAL SUPPORT INCLUDING, WHERE APPROPRIATE, ASSISTANCE WITH ACCESSING ONE TO ONE BEREAVEMENT COUNSELLING;  B) ACCESS TO INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE ON THE GRIEVING PROCESS; C) A SAFE SPACE IN WHICH BEREAVED FAMILIES MAY BE FACILITATED TO CONNECT AND OFFER PEER SUPPORT THROUGH SHARED EXPERIENCES.

**Activities:** A support group  for bereaved parents, will run monthly following initial fortnightly educational sessions run by a trained bereavement councillor
