**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN BIRMINGHAM, BROMSGROVE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING THE AMATEUR SPORT OF BASKETBALL. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE ‘FACILITIES’ MEANS, LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT, ACCESS TO COACHING AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES.

**Activities:** Bromsgrove bears basketball club provides a safe, secure and active environment for both young people and adults both male and female and all abilities to participate in their chosen sport of basketball. We currently have a membership of around 200 from ages 7 to adult, we have more than 56 % of the club from BAME backgrounds and have both development teams participating in local leagues together
