**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE BUDDHIST RELIGION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN ENGLAND AND WALES, IN PARTICULAR BY, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:1) ESTABLISHMENT OF A MONASTERY INCLUDING PROVISION OF A PLACE OF WORSHIP.2) PROVISION OF MINDFULNESS MEDITATION CLASSES, LECTURES AND TALKS.3) PUBLIC CELEBRATION OF RELIGIOUS EVENTS AND CEREMONIES.

**Activities:** 1. Organise mindfulness meditation classes based on Buddhist philosophy for the general public, 2. Arrange for scholarly Buddhist monks and philosophers from all over the world to visit the UK to provide talks and lectures ,3. Organise and observe Buddhist religious events and ceremonies which are open to the general public,4. Establishment of a monastery including place of worship.
