Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:to Promote For The Public Benefit The Conservation Of The Physical And Natural Environment In And Around The Mill Meadows Local Nature Reserve (‘The Site’) By: A) Conserving The Flora, Fauna And Biodiversity Of The Site; B) Advancing The Education Of The Public In The Flora, Fauna, Biodiversity, Ecology, Geography And History Of The Site; C) Promoting Or Conducting Research Into The Flora, Fauna And Biodiversity Of The Site, The Useful Results Of Which Will Be Published; D) Partnering With Basildon Borough Council, As An Independent Consultative Body, In The Management And Conservation Of The Site; And E) Encouraging Public Interest And Participation In Voluntary Work To Assist In The Management And Conservation Of The Site.
