To ensure the safety of vulnerable young people in Newcastle and surrounding areas aged 12-25 by protecting them from gang culture, county lines and criminal/sexual exploitation through building lasting, meaningful relationships with young people, providing advice and support, and engaging them in outreach and detach programs within their community.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO, To Be Carried Out For The Public Benefit In The North East Of England Is:to Act As A Resource For And Help Young People Aged 12-25 Who Are At Risk Of Becoming Involved In Gang Culture And Violent Crime, Or Becoming Victims Of Crime, By Providing Advice, Mentoring And Assistance Through Outreach Programmes, Organising Recreational Activities And Working With Statutory Agencies, As A Means Of Advancing Them In Life By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Grow Into Society As Independent Mature And Responsible Adults.
