**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING SUPPORT TO, AND UNITE IN FELLOWSHIP, ALL EVANGELICAL ANGLICANS IN THE COVENTRY DIOCESE; TO FOSTER, EXPRESS AND PROMOTE THE SPECIAL CONTRIBUTION MADE BY THE EVANGELICAL TRADITION TO THE LIFE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE DIOCESE OF COVENTRY IN LINE WITH THE BASIS OF FAITH OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND EVANGELICAL COUNCIL (“CEEC”).

**Activities:** The advancement of the Christian religion for the public benefit, in particular but not exclusively by providing support to, and unite in fellowship, all Evangelical Anglicans in the Coventry Diocese; to foster, express and promote the special contribution made by the Evangelical tradition to the life of the Church of England in the Diocese of Coventry in line with the basis of faith of the CEEC
