Objects: 1. To Advance Public Education By Fostering And Promoting The Maintenance, Improvement And Development Of Artistic Taste And The Knowledge, Understanding And Appreciation Of The Arts Amongst The Inhabitants Of Bingham In Particular By Making The Arts Accessible To All Sections Of The Community, Without Distinction Of Race, Sex, Political Or Other Opinions By:a) The Provision Of Artistic And Creative Activities That Encourage The Public To Participate In The Arts, Enhancing Their Quality Of Life, Providing Meaningful Leisure Time Occupation And Enhancing Social Cohesion And Welfare.b) Creating A Venue Which Other Established Clubs Can Hire, At Affordable Rates Where Those Clubs Aims Also Encourage Creativity, Participation And Social Welfare And Are Available To The Public At Large.c) Ensuring That The Facilities Are Provided To All Members Of The General Public And Make Provision For Those Members Of The Public Who Might Have Barriers To Entry By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstance.2. To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure-Time Occupation For The Inhabitants Of Bingham In The Interests Of Social Welfare For The Said Inhabitants With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.
